Conventional hard alloy tools proved inadequate, causing drilling delays, rapid wear of the drill body, and a significant drop in efficiency.

In 2019, this client sought our expertise, sharing intricate details of their drilling requirements. After a week of meticulous deliberation, we proposed a game-changing solution. 

We replaced the hard alloy teeth with innovative PDC composite bits, leveraging their exceptional durability and performance. 

Additionally, we implemented an advanced carburizing process during the drill body manufacturing, further extending the lifespan of the drill bit. 

As this was a customized product, we ensured a swift delivery within one month. 

A few test units were air freighted for evaluation, and the client's response was resounding: "When it comes to expertise, we entrust Starockdrill without hesitation!"

Despite the client's relatively smaller-scale usage, we treat each partnership with unwavering dedication. They regularly procure 20 drill bits and 5 hammers from us every month.
