However, they recently approached us with an inquiry about drill rod prices due to the presence of local small workshops that weld their own drill rods.

The client shared their frustration, mentioning that their current drill rods are manually welded, often resulting in misalignments and bends that lead to fractures during drilling, wasting valuable time and resources.

We explained to the client that our drill rods are made from high-strength 32CrMo steel with carburization heat treatment, ensuring optimal strength and durability.

Furthermore, our advanced friction welding technique guarantees secure joint connections, preventing detachment between the rod body and the threaded coupling.
